The cabinets between the switchgear and the rack — PDU and RPP housings, UPS module enclosures and battery cabinets — fabricated to print in volume, finished in-house, and wired out when you want them to arrive ready to land.
Between the switchgear and the server rack sits a row of cabinets that condition, protect and distribute power: the UPS modules, the battery cabinets behind them, the power distribution units and remote power panels that feed the busway. Each is an electrical product designed by an OEM or integrator, and each lives in a sheet-metal enclosure that has to be produced in quantity, to the same finish, with the cutouts, ventilation and mounting the design calls for.
FabTek fabricates those enclosures to print at our Hazlehurst, Mississippi plants. CNC laser cutting and press-brake forming handle the repeat volumes and the cutout patterns; certified welding handles the frames and bases; our powder-coat line delivers the finish the OEM specifies, cabinet after cabinet. Through our electrical assembly group we can also install sub-panels, DIN rail, wire duct and harnesses so the cabinet arrives ready for the integrator's components. For data center OEMs and integrators, that means one domestic fabricator carrying the electrical-room metal scope on their schedule.
Free-standing power distribution unit and remote power panel enclosures with breaker and monitoring cutouts, cable entry and busway or conduit provisions.
Frames and housings for UPS modules and static-switch cabinets, with ventilation, filter and cable-access provisions per the design.
Seismic-rated battery cabinets and open racks for UPS and energy-storage rooms, with shelf angles, barriers and ventilation.
Wall-mount and free-standing panels for BMS, EPMS and controls, wired out on request.
Sub-panels, DIN rail, wire duct, harnesses and terminal blocks installed to the integrator's drawings.
Repeat production across phases and campuses with first-article inspection and retained drawings.

PDU, UPS and battery cabinets fill the electrical and gray-space rooms of hyperscale, colocation and enterprise data centers, and the same enclosures serve hospitals, industrial plants and telecom facilities with critical power systems.
Power equipment OEMs buy enclosures to complete their products; integrators buy cabinets wired out to their drawings; data center developers and their electrical contractors buy them alongside busway housings, cable tray supports and equipment platforms so the room's metal scope comes from one source. Our data center electrical room power chain guide walks through how the pieces connect.

The cabinet itself is rarely the schedule problem; the labor to get it ready for components is. FabTek's electrical assembly group installs sub-panels, rail, duct and harnesses to the integrator's drawings before the cabinet leaves Mississippi, so the crew on the other end installs breakers and monitoring rather than drilling and fitting. On a program of dozens of cabinets that shifts days of skilled labor from the integrator's floor to ours. Our integrated wiring assemblies post covers how that hand-off works.
Built at four production sites in Hazlehurst, Mississippi.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management, AWS-certified welding, OSHA-compliant facilities.
In-house powder coat backed by an IEEE 2000-hour salt-spray certification.
Reserved-line capacity and the automation to grow with your volume.
FabTek fabricates the enclosures — PDU, RPP, UPS module and battery cabinets — and can wire out sub-panels and harnesses to the integrator's drawings. The electrical design and the breakers, modules and monitoring are the OEM's or integrator's scope.
FabTek Industries fabricates PDU, RPP, UPS and battery cabinets to print at its Mississippi plants, with in-house powder coat, optional wire-out and nationwide shipment. Send the drawings for a quote.
Battery cabinets and racks are fabricated to the seismic anchoring and bracing details in the customer's design; we build to the engineered drawings and supply material and weld documentation for the record.
Yes. Our powder-coat line runs standard ANSI and RAL colors and matches OEM specifications on request, with retained recipes for repeat orders.
