Equipment that arrives as a building — ISO-dimension and custom structural frames, insulated walls and roofs, doors, louvers and cable entries, with the switchgear, cooling plant or racks installed inside — built, finished and tested as a transportable unit.
Modular power, modular cooling and modular data halls all share a form factor: a structural frame to ISO container dimensions or a custom transportable size, an insulated weathertight shell, and the equipment fitted out inside — a switchgear lineup, a BESS, a chiller plant, a CDU bank, a row of racks. The equipment OEM or the modular-data-center developer owns the system design; the frame, the shell, the doors and openings, the interior steel and the finish are fabrication. FabTek builds that, in volume, to the OEM's drawings.
We fabricate containerized and modular units at our Hazlehurst, Mississippi plants: welded structural frames with corner castings and lifting provisions, insulated metal wall and roof panels, personnel and equipment doors, louvers and HVAC curbs, cable and pipe penetrations, raised floors and equipment mounting steel, and powder-coat finishing in the OEM's color. Where the project wants it, customer-supplied equipment is installed, landed and tested before the unit ships. E-Rooms, BESS enclosures and generator enclosures are the same family from the same floor.
20 ft and 40 ft frames with corner castings, fork pockets and lifting provisions, to transport and stacking loads.
Oversize and split-shipment frames for equipment that does not fit an ISO envelope.
Wall and roof panels, weather seals, doors, louvers, roof curbs and penetrations.
Equipment mounting channels, raised floors, cable tray, pipe supports and grounding.
Customer-supplied switchgear, BESS, cooling equipment or racks installed and landed where specified.
Repeat production against the OEM's drawings with fixtured frames and retained revisions.

Modular and edge data centers; containerized power and BESS; modular cooling plants and CDU modules; temporary and phased power on campuses; and remote, military and industrial sites that need plant delivered as equipment. Modular data center OEMs and power and cooling OEMs buy frames and shells in series; developers and EPCs buy complete units for phased capacity.

A modular OEM needs unit fifty to match unit one. FabTek fixtures the frame and panel assembly for a program, holds first-article inspection on the first unit and dimensional checks on every unit after it, keeps the powder-coat color and texture consistent across releases, and retains drawings and revisions so each release is a purchase order, not a redesign.
Built at four production sites in Hazlehurst, Mississippi.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management, AWS-certified welding, OSHA-compliant facilities.
In-house powder coat backed by an IEEE 2000-hour salt-spray certification.
Reserved-line capacity and the automation to grow with your volume.
Yes. We weld structural frames to ISO envelopes with corner castings and lifting provisions, and custom transportable frames where the equipment does not fit, at our Mississippi plants.
FabTek Industries fabricates frames, insulated shells and interior steel for modular data center, power and cooling OEMs in series, with equipment fit-out where specified.
Yes. Customer-supplied switchgear, BESS, cooling equipment and racks are installed and landed to the OEM's drawings where the project includes it.
Water-tightness, door and seal checks, dimensional check against the drawing, and equipment point-to-point checks where specified.
