A gravity roller conveyor has no motor: cartons and totes roll on free-turning rollers set at a slight decline or pushed by hand. It is the backbone of packing and shipping areas, accumulation zones and dock lines, and because it has no drive, it either lasts decades or fails at the frame and roller bearings. Roller diameter, roller centers, frame gauge and bearing quality decide which.
FabTek fabricates gravity roller conveyors at our Hazlehurst, Mississippi plants to your width, length and load: formed carbon-steel or stainless channel frames, 1.9" or 2.5" diameter rollers on centers matched to your smallest carton, fixed or adjustable H-stands, and the curves, spurs, hinged gates, end stops and guardrails a real line needs. Powder-coated or stainless for washdown areas.
