Not a conveyor — a line. Transfers, merges and diverts, elevators and lowerators, accumulation, inspection and packing stations, and the controls that run them, engineered to your process flow and installed as one system.
Most plants don't need a conveyor; they need product to move from one process step to the next at the right rate without piling up, falling off or stopping the machine downstream. That means several conveyor types working together — a modular belt out of the processor, an incline to a mezzanine, accumulation ahead of the packer, gravity roller to the dock — with transfers that don't jam, controls that start and stop in sequence, and a layout that fits the building you have.
FabTek engineers and builds process conveying systems as a single scope at our Hazlehurst, Mississippi plants: custom layout and flow design with your process engineers, fabrication of every conveyor section, elevators, chutes and platforms, drives and control panels as specified, shop assembly and run-off, installation by our own crews during your outage — and the repair, maintenance and replacement work that follows for the life of the line. Because we fabricate the conveyors, the platforms and mezzanines, the guards and chutes and the control cabinets, there is one supplier to call when the line needs to change.
Throughput, accumulation and buffer sizing; layout drawings for your approval.
Modular belt, PVC belt, gravity and screw sections; inclines, Z-frames, elevators and lowerators.
Right-angle transfers, merges, pneumatic or arm diverts, dead plates and nosebar transfers.
Inspection and packing stations, mezzanines and crossovers, control panels, VFDs, e-stop circuits and PLC integration.

Poultry and meat processing lines from evisceration to pack-out; food and beverage processing and packaging; feed and pet-food plants; timber and wood-products handling; distribution and fulfillment lines.

Either — we design custom layouts with your process engineers, or fabricate and install to an existing design.
We supply drives, panels and safety circuits as specified and coordinate PLC/HMI integration with your controls team or integrator.
Yes — we shop-assemble and run off before shipment so installation is set-and-connect, scheduled to your shutdown window.
The same team that built it modifies it; that is the model behind our industrial services group.
