Overview

Volume you can plan a year around.

When you need the same parts month after month, FabTek runs them as dedicated production — reserved capacity sized to your demand, so your supply never depends on who happens to have open time that week.

Tell us how many units you need each month and we set aside a dedicated team, dedicated machines, and dedicated floor space for your work — up to a full production line built around your specific parts. Hundreds of transformer cabinets and frames per month on a single shift, with dual-shift capacity to scale.

On The Floor

One floor, tooled for repeat work.

Dedicated production means a crew and a set of machines that run your parts and only your parts — so the second order looks exactly like the first.

From forming on our CNC press brakes to fit-up and weld, the same operators run your job week after week. They learn its tolerances and its finish, and that familiarity is what keeps quality flat and lead times predictable as your volume climbs.

What's Included

How dedicated production works.

01

Reserved monthly capacity

You commit a monthly quantity; we reserve the capacity to deliver it on a predictable schedule.

02

Dedicated team & machines

A dedicated crew, machines, and floor space assigned to your work — not shared against everyone else's rush.

03

Customer production lines

For the right volume, we'll build a line tooled and laid out around your specific parts.

04

Build-to-print at scale

The same drawings and tolerances, run after run — with full traceability on every unit.

05

Single shift, room to double

Hundreds of units per month on one shift, with dual-shift capacity to scale as demand grows.

06

Metal + electrical together

Cabinet and coiling under one roof — a finished, tested assembly, not a stack of parts.

Cutting Capacity

Capacity that protects your schedule.

Production starts at the laser, and ours runs on automation — an Amada ENSIS fiber laser fed from stock so the line never waits on a part.

Every core process is owned and run in-house — laser, waterjet, forming, welding, machining, and finishing — so no outside shop sits in your critical path. Backup machines stand ready for rush orders and unplanned maintenance, so a single point of failure never becomes your delay.

Why FabTek

Dependable volume, on time.

On-time, every time

Quality and on-time delivery are everything to us — order after order.

A partner that stays

We build long-term supply relationships and reinvest in capacity ahead of demand. We're not going anywhere.

Made in the U.S.A.

Built across four production sites in the Jackson, Mississippi metro.

Certified & documented

ISO 9001:2015 quality management and AWS-certified welding, with full records.

Finishing

Finished in-house, ready to ship.

A part isn't done when it's welded — it's done when it's coated, inspected, and packaged for the field.

Our in-house powder-coat line and blast room give every enclosure a durable, NEMA-rated finish without sending work out the door. Each unit is inspected, documented for full traceability, and packed to arrive ready to install — not to rework.
