Capacity added ahead of demand — a 50,000 sq ft expansion that keeps FabTek on track for 250K sq ft across four Mississippi production sites in 2026.
Since committing the business to the power grid, a core objective has been to stay ahead of capacity — reinvesting in square footage before demand requires it. From 50K sq ft in 2024 to a planned 250K sq ft in 2026, with 500K sq ft targeted by 2030.
The four sites operate within the Jackson, Mississippi metro — close enough to share people, equipment, and work-in-process, far enough to let each run its own production rhythm: headquarters in Hazlehurst, structural production in Pearl, value-added services in Terry, and material storage in Gallman.
Capacity added ahead of the curve protects what matters most to customers: lead times and delivery dates. Dual-shift capability, overflow space, and backup equipment across the sites give us room to scale or shift work between buildings when volume spikes.
